It always hurts me a little bit when restaurants complain that their community isn’t supporting them, but then they aren’t doing anything to put themselves out there. They might do it once- some donations, fundraisers for school sports- but then it’s just a one-off done; they quit because there aren’t instant results. Real community support comes from consistent presence in your community. So get out there and stay out there as much as possible, because that’s how you will win your community’s support.
