“You need to do enough to let your clients take another step. Be visible, you can’t do too much at this point. Hightlight a different team member and menu item every hour”.
This was my advice in the webinar. As I reflect on 2001 and 2008 when I went through crazy times I can’t help but think “what if we had all these free marketing tools that we have today.”
