Let’s face it: owning a restaurant can be brutal. Some days, your phone only dings when there’s a problem.
And this can be especially true when it comes to Facebook comments. Most restaurants get 5-10 comments weekly, and many are customers complaining or being jerks. This can be draining. There are thousands of things that go as planned every week, but what you’re reminded of is a few mistakes.
Recently, one of our clients messaged me a thank you. The thank you was because of our company’s help. His Restaurants Facebook page has been flooded with love. As you can see from the post above, one of the recent campaigns has over 300 comments. The comments are 99% positive and remind us that our work is making a difference. His restaurant is doing extraordinary things in their community, and it’s always great to see it in writing.
