Setting goals is everything in entrepreneurship, but are your goals ambitious enough?
Being “realistic” can quietly kill your potential. 🚫
I’ve seen it firsthand. One of our employees in the past was once asked how much he wants to increase his salary, rather than shooting high and being very motivated, he undershot himself. We had to part ways.
And the lesson here isn’t “set crazy goals or get fired.”
It’s this: Stay ambitious. The ceiling you set for yourself is the ceiling you’ll hit. So why set one at all?
Your goals should excite you AND scare you a little. That’s how you know they’re working.
