I think it’s fairly obvious where everyone’s attention is nowadays, but did you know how often we actually check our phones? Every hour we check it on average 10-11 times, which is close to the daily average of 144 times, and most of that is social media. Just think about it, as a restaurant owner, you should be maximizing the amount of time you are on their phone. Every time the consumer checks their phone, you should try to be on there every single time.
