Got to meet Palo Mesa Pizza at Pizza Expo, and it was great. They successfully got 1st in the world in their division, which is super badass. And I can tell they’re legit because they recorded their win and shared it on social media. Proper use of social media, getting out in the community, and of course being at the best place for Pizzerias in the world, Pizza Expo! They’re kicking ass!
