High-End Restaurants, FREE is not bad!

Customers get addicted to coupons and discounts, NOT free items. For instance, I walked into a coffee shop recently and they gave me a free cup of coffee that morning because I am a frequent visitor. I didn’t expect it to be free, nor do I expect it every time I come in. It was a one-off perk for being a loyal customer.
