I received a recommendation for The Gruff, a pizza restaurant in Northern Kentucky. They also had great Yelp reviews and good social media posts. It’s an amazing restaurant, so of course I wanted to try it. BUT they didn’t try to collect my information to incentivize me to return – no email, no phone, no birthday collection. These are simple, easy ways to get repeat customers!
