Your Restaurant Loyalty Program Is Failing And You’re To Blame
This kind of marketing hurts my heart. I’m a member of the loyalty program at this coffee shop and was out of town for 3 weeks. Not once during those 3 weeks did they ask me to come back in for a visit or send me a reminder about the program. WHY? If you have your customer’s information, you should use it. ASK them to come back!
