Just an idea here… Pay attention to what’s going on inside your restaurant! Are the promotions from the 4th of July still hanging up? Is the Facebook counter that you set up a few years ago still working? What about the entrance, is there a black bath from where everyone walks leading to your front door? It’s the small things that you don’t notice that will shape a customer’s opinion of your restaurant. The food could be FIRE but if something is critically wrong and they think you dont care… they won’t be back.
