Talk to your staff! As a community, we’re all feeling the stress of what’s happening right now. It’s important to keep staff moral as high as possible; it’s important to show customers that you are operating as normally as possible.

Take it from Chay, owner of a 6 location pizza chain. He said, “No matter how hard it is, do me a favor: Don’t show that to your customers. When they come in, make sure that you’re as upbeat as you ever are, show them that you can handle it.”

On Tuesday, March 17th, I hosted 4 restaurant owners to talk about how they are tackling these tough times. The advice they all shared was amazing and will no doubt help many operators during this tough time.
