It took me some time to realize how my inability to go deep and focus had negatively affected my business. And to symbolize the change I bought a mirror and put the word DEEP on the wall, to help me remember whose responsibility it is to achieve that. Learned it from a friend and had my whole business do this with their own personal word, so we can all become more focused and achieve what we need to.
