I was recently blown away by my experience on a Delta flight. The flight attendants used software to track the status of each member on their flight and then used that information to create one-off handwritten notes for each guest, thanking them for continuing to choose Delta!
This is a sharp contrast to a restaurant owner I spoke to who doesn’t have any customer data and no system in place to connect with guests on a personal level…
